Christmas Fortnight
1 Dec 2020 by Rebecca Louise Taylor
I am please to announce that we are re opening Monday 7th December as planned, for 2 weeks before Christmas.
We are re opening and starting our NEW Season 11 timetable, All classes will be on Except Stunting classes and Masters sessions.
The club will be reopening fully with access to toilets and changing room but their will be strict measures in place to ensure the safety of our athletes and staff. I will be posting regarding the new Covid contract and procedures mid week.
Unfortunately all our athletes 18+ will not be allowed to join us at this time as it is the law by the government that no 18s and over can take part in indoor organised sport/ activities. I have been holding off this post till now as it saddens me that over 20 athletes will not be able to return yet and I was hoping I could find a loop hole or something would change but no luck so far. However I am keeping an eye on all updates from our governing bodies and people are fighting to get this changed for non contact indoor physical activity for 18+. And I just hope when we are back in January this rule will be lifted.
So as we are starting our Season 11 timetable, class fees will be starting back up. They will all go through our new payment system ‘Coacha’. Everyone (bar a small minority who did not wish to take part in the ‘support the club’ payment over the past 4 weeks) already has experienced the new payment method and it is easy to set up and payments come out as a direct debit.
All payment set up request’s have now been sent out to all who will need to set up their weekly fees. Class fees will come out on the Monday of each training week. Please set this up as soon as you can to avoid any issues, remember your fees will not come out until Monday 7th. I will be setting it up as a 2 week payment plan and then we will re start it when we are back in January.
If you are PAYG the new PAYG System will hopefully be set up this week so you can go onto the coacha App and book your recreational sessions in each week, spaces will be limited.
If you are a competing athlete on amateur fee , such as lemon drops a £5 weekly amateur fee will be set up and then you will need to book your recreational classes the same as the PAYG athletes.
We now have 6 payment plans and I can understand this can become confusing, however I will be setting them all up and sending out requests and everyone should be placed int he correct payment plan.
Any questions please contact me direct.
I am holding off releasing an official date of when we are back in January as we do not know what situation we will be in after Christmas however we would hope to be back for Monday 4th January.
Hope this all makes sense and im looking forward to some sort of normality next week !!!!
